For product protection a special tape machine is often required to apply tape around curved or contoured faces with good surface tape finish and no bubbles and wrinkles. We have proven techniques for our taping machines to do this quickly and efficiently so that the tape is aesthetically pleasing for the end user.

This taping machine used servo control and is integrated into the customer's production process to maximise throughput and it presented the product taped to a high quality so that it could be quickly visually inspected for conformance.

It also read product data from tab coding and ink jet printed production data onto the underside.
