This machine applies 3M tape in finger lift and tear type tape but will also operate with other makes of tape such as TESA, Lohmann, Nitto, Advance, etc

Our high speed taping machines for the corrugated and packaging industry apply tape high speed and can apply two tapes simultaneously. The servo powered tape delivery gives precise tape tension control minimising tape breakage and is monitored to stop the production process before the tape runs out avoiding producing products without tape.
This bar taping machine applied tape to automatically feed bars at 85 metres per minute with the release liner removed and shredded to waste and tape monitored for tension control and low level. This fully automated process enabled a UK company to economically produce their product in Britain that was previously sourced from overseas.
